The goals of this coalition is to establish and strengthen the collaboration of among the palm beach county substance abuse coalition partner organizations in support of the communities effort to prevent and reduce youth substance abuse and to reduce substance abuse among youth in palm beach county Florida and overtime reduce substance abuse among adults by addressing the issues in our community that increase the risk of substance.
